Roasted Spicy Cauliflower Wraps

Spicy air-fried cauliflower, hummus and cheese makes Roasted Cauliflower Wraps a delicious lunch. These wraps take very less time and are easy to make. Plus, they are very convenient to be carried to lunch. Definitely, one of my favorite wraps!

Okay, I think I’ve never had so much cauliflower in my life until I moved to the US. And, that’s because cauliflower is the most easily available vegetable in this country. I am totally done having Gobi Sabzi, which is basically curried cauliflower and Roti, for lunch every other day. Hence, this spicy Roasted Cauliflower Wrap!
Now I realize why my Mom would often make wraps for me. It’s the best way to feed veggies to kids, and probably, adults too. Cheese and some delicious sauce just makes everything yum!
